Reservation Procedures
Text Box: Our Meeting Facility is located at 703 Lexington Circle (Commercial lot) Peachtree City, Ga. 30269 To guarantee our meeting facilities, contact us at Click print reservation form and complete. The reservation form can also be used as our member contract depending on the options that you elect. Our facilities can be guaranteed based on a yearly contract. A $700.00 security deposit is required for both members and nonmenbers. For members– this deposit is refundable no more than 30 days after your membership has ended provided there are no damages to conference center. For nonmenbers– this deposit is refundable no more than 10 days following your conference event provided there are no damages to conference center. Standard member conference days will be preassigned one day, 6 hours per month. . We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and certified check. Conference days are 7:00am - 1:00pm or 3:00pm– 9:00pm Sunday—Saturday. If client exceeds reserved hours on a given conference day, client will be double billed for each Exceeded hour. Memberships are nontransferable. Non memberbookings will be billed at a standard rate of $180.00 per day for conference rooms and $200.00 per day for meeting rooms. Client is responsible for missed conference days. Please be prepared to provide Your member id and driver’s license for membership verification. For nonmembers- please click on the Nonmember Conference Schedule hyperlink for our schedule to insure days are available. For clients who wish to become members please click the Conference Room Member Status hyperlink or the Meeting Room Member Status hyperlink for a membership to either our conference rooms or our meeting rooms. Once availability is verified, please click above to print reservation form. Complete, sign, and fax to our office.
